I completed my graduation in 2001 and joined for my post
graduation in 2002. So i have 1 year gap during this period.
During this period i attend some graphics courses and joined
classes to crack my post graduation entrance test. Will this
create any problem for the interview.I have the certificates
for the graphics classes that i attended. IF the officer
asks me then what should be the response?

Hi All, I have attended for H1 yesterday. Interviewer was not happy with the project desc and asked for more documents mostly abt company profile and complete desc.she asked me to drop them in the drop box.but she said not to drop the passport. can anyone let me know what happens next. shall i consider it as lost as she didnt asked for passport? or after checking the documents will i be asked to appear again if she is ok with the docs? or how is it gonna be? I have got the approval on my H1B visa from a US company in 2010, and currently my Indian company is filing L1B petition. I didn't attend the H1B visa until now. What could be the H1B status, even after I receive my L1B visa. Will have H1B petition valid, and so I can go for interview whenever I wish ? Please let me know ASAP.
