In my Company using Excel sheet is the test-case
template...depending on the organization some people r
using testdirector and some people r using quality center
and soo on...we can't say ,which is the best template of
testcat.

1.Unit testing ->integration testing->system testing->UAT in this where do u do the functional testing & regression testing? if these two done in each phase why should not mentioned in that ? 2.What are the difference b/w client & server? 3.While doing regression testing one bug raised due to functionality dependency, what is the bug status that one?

u posted a bug with screenshots and steps to reproduce but still the developer is not accepting this is a bug. in dev system it is not reporducing . how u'll convince he developer? (if the developer is in india or onsite(give the answer for both the cases)
