Explain the grafting of different rootstocks together ?
Answer / Nirankar Singh
Grafting is a horticultural technique where parts from one plant are inserted into another living plant. By grafting different rootstocks together, growers can combine desirable characteristics such as disease resistance or growth habits. The scion (the part with the desired characteristics) is placed on top of the rootstock and held in place by grafting tape or wax until the two parts unite and form a single plant.
