Generally when we are writing test cases we give headings
as Case id , description, input values, expected, actual,
severity and priority and pass/fail. is there any seperate
profama during testing the web site manually. (guys it very
urgent for me in my office can any one help me plz)

The format is same for web based or any application, but
depends on the organization they will prepare different
type of test cases.

fallow what u r test lead explains he will give u thew
template and fallow u r test plan to commit testing process
with in u r time boundaries

yes the format remains same other than this ,as we are also
into WEB testing we have introduced a CATEGORY-- column
whic has three features-- against any defects reported that
1. FUNCTANILITY-->functanility related issue.
2. UI-->any UI related issue(size,alignment etc).
3. PERFORMANCE-->performance related issue such as how much
time site taking,sign-in,sign -out,load etc.
