How during gastrulation are the first two germ layers formed?..

Answer / Vandita Verma

During gastrulation, the first two germ layers, the ectoderm and the endoderm, are formed. Gastrulation is a process in which cells migrate inside the embryo to establish the three primary germ layers: ectoderm, mesoderm, and endoderm. In vertebrates, this process occurs after the formation of the blastula stage. The ectoderm gives rise to the nervous system, skin, and sensory organs, while the endoderm forms the lining of the digestive tract.
