i would love to instigate my career from a booming industry
ie...call center.so called "bpo voice process".Ironically,a
change in terminology is just to attract the candidates
towards the call center. oops sorry for the wrong
usage.frankly speaking this industry has lost its name and
fame.Apparently,it is said to be the safe destination for
drop outs.
but even then i would suggest the freshers to have an
experience in this industry but not more than
6months.becoz,this would help you out in future course of
action.
