include high-level implementation decisions. System use

formal manner.

Generally Use cases are given by client that includes flow
and functionality of the applictaion.
Use cases,FRS, BRS etc are given by client in the starting
or at Mid of the project.
Tester also prepare the Test Cases or Test Scenairo based
upon Use Cases.
