Term dependency refers to a case where we can have a parent
defect and a child defect. Root cause of the child defect
can be dependent on the root cause of the Parent defect.
It's like child defect can only be fixed and tested once
when Parent defect is fixed

only if Bug#1 is closed then we can execute Bug#10???
Here is the scenario. I'm raising Bug#1. Another person has
raised Bug#10. Bug #10 can be dependent on Bug#1. And when
the new build is delivered after a fix. Bug#1 needs to
tested again followed by Bug#10. This is the procedure that
needs to be followed
