hello,i was rejected twice in 2007 for b1 visa.Im planning to apply for f1 visa for fall 2010.Is it possible to get a visa
my visa date is on 7th jan. i got i20 from uni of bridgeport. will i get a visa with gre 800 and ielts 7 bands and also my dad is retired now so are there any chances for me getting the visa. plz help me out.thanks
What do you if I reject your visa
i got rejected on dec 8th first,,dey said income source n all that,,,,,,,,,,,,,,when everything was well enough,,and again today on dec 17th..i got rejected..that guy said student intent to study is not seen, what on earth am i to do?...and i have again tried my luck for the last time. its on dec 29th..anyone please can help me with this? if i was not intended to study why would i be trying and trying/

Hello all, I have been approved for Ph.D with full funding and I have a minor with me.So, should I file his application for F2 (that is dependent Visa) with my F1 application or fill it later once I got approved for F1 and then go with drop box option? hey..... i'm applying for spring. I have planned to do Bachelor in hospitality and tourism management.. the colleges that i;m applying does not require sat... bt i have already taken the date for sat on 8th October..... i'm not hoping to get good scores ...... if i'll get low scores, does it will affect the visa..... i have keen interest to do the mentioned major and i have also done "flair bartending" course which is unique and is a part of the major... plz give me suggestions.....

I applied for a F2 dependent visa for my wife and it got rejected. In how many days can I reapply for the visa.
My visa got rejected because of insufficient funds and fake bank statement.... Vo checked my bank statement and calculated something and said "due to insufficient funds I'm refusing your visa".... She didn't return the bank statement to me... The amount was removed from account before the visa interview date... I'm really worried that will they contact bank people to know whether the amount is there or not... Will they take any action against me for presenting fake bank documents... In fact we have 2 crores worth property ,but the problem is that the property is under my grandfather's name... So I have taken the fake documents as the real documents were not ready for the visa date ... Could you please let me know what to do
