all that,,,,,,,,,,,,,,when everything was well enough,,and
again today on dec 17th..i got rejected..that guy said
student intent to study is not seen, what on earth am i to
do?...and i have again tried my luck for the last time. its
on dec 29th..anyone please can help me with this?
if i was not intended to study why would i be trying and trying/

Hi recently I have attend F1 visa interivew and I have been denied a visa In ground of fake employment ..... I could not able to produce empl ID card..howerver I showed visa officer a letter from manager. I graduated my BE in April 2004 (though i got my certificates on october 2004) i joined my first job in on march 2005. And after this i worked here for about 1.5 years and resigned on August 2007. After this i joined a non thechincal call centre on june 2007. This being the case i have a period of gaps like 5 months between my under graduation and first job and 10 months between first and second job. Further i am working in a non tehcnical call center. How do you think i should tackle questions in this regard if asked about it please help...

Hi i was rejected an us f1 visa on 10th of July. Is there any rule that says that if rejected i can apply for the visa only after six months?

Me: 3months exp & I underwent a leg surgery ( Actually I am 2007 passed out student & I underwent leg surgery for 2times, which is very rare condition & I had 3month work exp also. But in DS 160 form I didnt mention about exp. I dont want to tell lie to them so I told about 3months work exp & later I told about leg surgery. But she didnt listen to my surgery.
