cost price will be 1728/108*100=1600
if no discount thn 1920-1600=320rs in %
320/1600*100= 20%

marked price :100=1920
since there is a discount of 10% and 8%gain 90/100*100/108=1600
so 1600 would be the new price
if discount is not given 1600 =100
1920=?
it gives 120, so 20%is the answer

Marked price=1920
If 10% given as discount the selling price = 1728(1920-192)
After selling also seller got 8% gain so selling price(100 8% = 108%)
If discount is not allowed
108% = 1728, 100%=?
......
100% = 1600
So gain= (1960-1600)/1600 x100 = 20
So gain %= 20%
