how to prepare HSD statements in tally

how to prepare HSD statements in tally ..

Answer / Babu Ram Yadav

In Tally, Headings and Sub-headings can be used to prepare HSD (Headings, Sub-headings, Detail) statements. Here's a simple example:
1. Open the Tally.ERP9 software.
2. Navigate to Accounts > Ledger > Voucher > Journal Entry.
3. Create a new journal entry.
4. Define your HSD structure using Headings and Sub-headings. For example, if you have three headings (A, B, C) with sub-headings:
A: H1, H2, H3
B: S1, S2, S3
C: D1, D2, D3
5. Input your account details under the respective headings and sub-headings.
