What is Smart Work and Hard Work ?

What is Smart Work and Hard Work ?..

Answer / Akash Kant

Smart work refers to working efficiently and effectively by using your knowledge, skills, resources, and time wisely. It means finding creative solutions to problems, avoiding unnecessary repetition of tasks, and prioritizing your work based on importance. On the other hand, hard work refers to putting in a lot of effort and exerting energy into accomplishing a task, regardless of whether it is done efficiently or effectively.nnFor example, if you spend 8 hours meticulously cleaning a house using the right tools and methods, that's smart work. If you spend 12 hours scrubbing the same house without any plan or strategy, that's hard work.
