Talktime is the duration of the call excluding hold and wrap time.
and the AHT includes that.

* talk time=Total time using by both client and
* AHT and TALK TIME both are the time between caller and
receiver AHT is that time which show that how much times both
are used and TALK TIME is prove the real time of caller and
receiver how much both in finish their words.

HI im Sagar,what is my problem is i did my B,com in 1999 and after that i was planning todo MBA but unfortunately b'caz of some family problems i entered in business but in my mind and also my desire is to work in corporate office,but i got a long gap and my business is also wind up and i asked many of my friends about my dream they suggested me to work in BPO's or in call center's but now they are asking age limit?i dont know what i want to do?im in confussion mind please anybody give me solution for this i will be greatful to you?

Is there anyone who can advice me. Plz read and answr: I have 2yrs of call center exp since 2005. Worked for 2 diff MNC. But bcos of my mothers illness I was not able to work last two yrs.Mom was suffering frm deadly disease.In this whole I was roaming with her in singapore & India as no one else there to take care. But I couldn't save her even after this long effort. Now I want to start my work again but scared to face interview. When they ask me abt the Gap I just say the truth. trying all over but not getting selected. Can u advise me to handle the interview.Now I am staying in Kolkata.
