Talktime is the duration of the call excluding hold and wrap time.
and the AHT includes that.

* talk time=Total time using by both client and
* AHT and TALK TIME both are the time between caller and
receiver AHT is that time which show that how much times both
are used and TALK TIME is prove the real time of caller and
receiver how much both in finish their words.

Talk time calculation-: call active time+wrap time+hold time
Talk time include all these three thing and in AHT we used to divide it with the numbers of call handled.
