CUST ORD: If u enable cust ord for an item that item is populated in 'price list' to specify selling price of an item.
CUST ORD ENABLE: If u enable cust ord enable for an item that item is populated in 'sales order' for ordering.

customer order & customer order enabled: u will able to assign item price list and item will be populated in sales order also
if u enabled both the check boxes then item eligible for customer order
customer enabled: enabled then only item will populated in sales order

Auto pick confirm whether required or not where is that set-up done? Other than OM System parameters where else?
I have approved purchase requisition and it's status is IN PROCESS and it will go next level they are also approved and WF notification has been approved and closed but still purchase requisition status is IN process.what is the reason? How can u resolve?this is the issue i faced in Oracle India.
