i had applied for the b1/b2 visa n got rejected so i want to know how many times i can apply for the visa for U.S?
i am planning to visit USA. I have a friend in California... She told me that she will accomodate everything me when I get there... What are the requirements she has to prepare for me to pass the B2 US Visa? And what are the requirements should I prepare for my my interview? Hi I have applied for visitor visa to US to meet my brother who is employed there.I have a minor child and aged parents who will be accompanying me on the trip.My husband has issued an NOC duly signed by him.I am attending my visa interview next week.As my husband is a businessman who is constantly in outstation, he will not be accompanying me for the interview.I would like to know whether there is a possibility of getting visa and what questions are likely to be asked in the interview. Will my child also be questioned.

H there, I hasd travelled to US once on 1 year multiple entry B1/B2 visa for 18 days(i was back to india in time). Recently i applied for Visa renewal but the same was refused. Please advice if I stand any chance for getting a visa on reapplying???
Dear Friends, I am 33 years old and working in a technical software industry. I am Workiing in India. I am holding 10 yr B1/B2 Visa valid till 2014. Can someone please share with me " how soon can one visit again on B2 visitor visa"???? and Secondly I am assuming that they will give 3 months initially...then can we extend it?
