Hi my B/F is in us since last 2yrs on h1 visa now i want to
visit him for 15days.I plan to leave on 15th aug can i try
for visa interview date now? what all documants sholud i
prepare? can i tell them the actuall reason for visit or
shall i go as an lesuire tourist visitor?PLZ HELP

A week back I had applied for B2 visa, as my husband is there in US for a short business trip on B1 visa. But they rejected my visa on clause 214(b). Am thinking of applying again after a week more(After a gap of 15 days). But wondering how probable are my chances of getting the visa this time? Shud I wait for some more time?
