I want to be team leader because I know if you have numbers of people to work but they do not have one to guide them, they can not do well and they will not be responsible. So I want to be team leader so that I can assist a team to be energetic, to be dedicated to their work. Because I have been in the same industry for more than two years I know How to handle a team and also I have a quality to work in a team and know to maintain the responsibilities provided by the management.

I want to be a team leader as i have worked in this industry for x years and this is a natural step forward. Over a period of time while working in this industry i have gained Knowledge and Experience and also developed skills and abilities required to succeed at this job.
I have great interpersonal skills which are required to motivate your team to perform the job at hand and achieve the goals set by the business.

Hi Friends, Can anyone send me a Six Sigma question bank with answers on my email id : apexin2009@gmail.com. I am a quality manager in a Mulitnational Company. I have to design a question paper for my already trained green belts and black belts. I had a great knowledge base on six sigma at my home pc but since the mother board has gone bad and it has gobe for repair, I am not able to design a question paper. Is there anyone who can advice me. Plz read and answr: I have 2yrs of call center exp since 2005. Worked for 2 diff MNC. But bcos of my mothers illness I was not able to work last two yrs.Mom was suffering frm deadly disease.In this whole I was roaming with her in singapore & India as no one else there to take care. But I couldn't save her even after this long effort. Now I want to start my work again but scared to face interview. When they ask me abt the Gap I just say the truth. trying all over but not getting selected. Can u advise me to handle the interview.Now I am staying in Kolkata. But I dont mind to relocate myself for job.
