Will try to coordinate with my team members and conduct a
meeting and discuss with the team players what changes they
require in the process and them will discuss with my seniors
to implement the same

The changes to my team will be anything that to make teams
goal achievement making easier in any sense it it will
including all the in team achievements. And as far as the
organisatiom i Think the company is on the best place right
now and If i have any thing to add or suggest in the future

I will do brainstorming session with the team and will try to get new ideas. I will seek for my management permission to implement all the healthy ideas which will get. Also I will utilize the lean time to train additional knowledge enhancing trainings (ex: Email etiquette, Basic Excel…)

Firstly i will try to finish unnecessary work in my team,
and try to apply time management system to get the goal for
this i will organize a meeting with my team members what is
their problem and which type of changement want they apply
and try to apply that changement with my senior person.

1. I would bridge the gap between Supervisor and the advisor. Employer and Employee relationship
