I want to give my CPA exams in USA, but have a problem of
stammering/ faltering while speaking. Due to this problem,
Visa Interviwer thinks that I am not confident and hence was
rejected once. Please tell me suitable way to apply. Thanks.

I will be travelling to the U.S, LA in 22 January 2010. I will hve to another ceremony on 15th May , other ceremony on 21st July. I hve a support of affadavit gor the visit. But the stay exceeds the limit. Is there any way to extend my stay til August 2010? I hve visited US in 1997. Should I eneter in January and return to India? Will I be allowed to enter in April again?
Hello evryone.i recently got rejected for b2 visa.my brother's wedding is in june this year and i wanna attend it.my parents have their visas.me and my oder brother went for the interview.we both are medical students.my elder brother who is gettin married is on h1 visa.the VO asked us wen ws the last u saw ur brother.we said 5 yrs.my parents applied last year for attending my cousins wedding.the VO told us tht we r young and unemployed and she returned our passports.and handed over the 214(b) leter.now we have reapplied and have our interview in a week.any suggestions plz..cause we r very eager to attend our bro's wedding.how to convince the officer.

Hi I have applied for visitor visa to US to meet my brother who is employed there.I have a minor child and aged parents who will be accompanying me on the trip.My husband has issued an NOC duly signed by him.I am attending my visa interview next week.As my husband is a businessman who is constantly in outstation, he will not be accompanying me for the interview.I would like to know whether there is a possibility of getting visa and what questions are likely to be asked in the interview. How U stay long at US
I had applied for the US visitor visa from Calgary,Canada in Jan,2010. But my visa was rejected saying that I did not show them any bond with Canada and they doubted my returning back from US. The reason was as I did not have any property on Canada and no family in Canada as well. But I still have the same condition. I don't know why would they do that even though I am Permanent Resident in Canada. Should I try the visa again and from India my home country. Thankyou Manu
