Hello evryone.i recently got rejected for
b2 visa.my brother's wedding is in june
this year and i wanna attend it.my parents
have their visas.me and my oder brother
went for the interview.we both are medical
students.my elder brother who is gettin
married is on h1 visa.the VO asked us wen
ws the last u saw ur brother.we said 5
yrs.my parents applied last year for
attending my cousins wedding.the VO told
us tht we r young and unemployed and she
returned our passports.and handed over the
214(b) leter.now we have reapplied and
have our interview in a week.any
suggestions plz..cause we r very eager to
attend our bro's wedding.how to convince
the officer.

H there, I hasd travelled to US once on 1 year multiple entry B1/B2 visa for 18 days(i was back to india in time). Recently i applied for Visa renewal but the same was refused. Please advice if I stand any chance for getting a visa on reapplying???
My friend in Nevada want me to visit him. He tried filing an affidavit of support at the Immigration and Naturalization Service there but the officer told him that I should be the one to process my visitor visa application with my own documents. Does it mean Affidavit of support or invitation letter is not a requirement for applying a Visitor Visa coming from the Philippines? and will the bank deposit of $1,100.00 enough for my 3 days stay in the USA because my friend will be responsible for all of my expenses including the airfare? Hi,I'm Aida a permanent public school teacher in the Department of Education.Me and my daughter Sarah who is a permanent teacher in DepEd too we're invited by her boyfriend to visit his family because as I told him that before they will get married I should have to know the family bacground of his family and so he decided to support us in applying for a visit visa.We had an interview last Dec.21,2009 in the US embassy Manila and we're not given a visa because as I realized that we did not prove the consulate that we're really return to the Philippines after the visit.My question is can we still have a second interview next month to prove that we 're really return because we are apermanent public school teachers and we are stable in our job only I just have to know the family background of the guy can we have another chance next week pls using the same purpose in visiting?I would be very happy for your quick response.

My visa b1/b2 refused due to 214 b becouse my son born in us befor two years, the officer didnt check my supporting docments (strong ties) what i have to do next interview?
I am working with Private firm in India. Can anybody please tell whether I require any No Objection certificate from my employer, for applying to B2 Visa? Is it being asked by the Consulate Officer?
