Hi All, I got H1B in the year 2008 and i have been there for 5 months and had my SSN and DL and i didnt hold any paystrubs and due to market down fall i was back to india and now am i eligible to apply in the same cap or need to go through fresh H1B filing. If fersh H1B filing what would be the questions as i dont have any paystrubs or will they ask about my previous working history. Kindly please suggest me in this regard. Thanks, Venkat
HI, I ahve my visa stamping on first week of Dec at Chennai consulate. My Consultant said there is no need of client letter and we can alywas tell we will go and search for the project there ie i do not have any client letter. Can anyone please tell me if they have got visa stamped through this way. Any suggestion/advice welcome. Thank u all.

Hi All, I dont have letter from client, as my employer is saying he may not able to provide it.Is the agreement between client and employer work out at consulate?. I applied for H1B through consultant and got H1b VISA Approval. I have received soft copy from my consultant through mail. I haven't received Hard Copy. I have doubt whether the Approval Mail I got from my Consultant is realy belongs to me. How can I Check That?. In The USCIS Site it shows the status alone not the Name? My Consultant asking me 50K as a security Deposit. Kindly tell me what are all the document, to Appear in the H1B VISA? What is probability of getting VISA from Chennai Consulate?
