last two years i had been to Australia for the so on so
project.don't go deep.should notgive chance to put more
qustions on u.try to give enough message.

My husband had to go to Switzerland for work for a week,and also get his H1b Stamping from there. Now the consulate there said it would take 3 weeks to process, do you think it would create a problem. They have also asked for his resume???? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE suggest....he's not stuck cos cant enter US...shuld he go back to india or stay in switzerland to process it???

Hi, I've scheduled my H1B Interview on Sep-18 in chennai.I've 3.5 yrs experience in software testing. I don't know much about the project am going to work in US. I am going for H1B interview at Mumbai Consulate very soon so expecting prompt answer for my case. Here is my background: B1/B2 Valid till 2016 Company C Travelled on it L1B valid till 2011 Company B Never Travelled on it H1B Valid Petition till 2011 Company A Not Stamped yet. Going for it. 1. Is there any problem getting H1B stamped as I have not travelled on L1B? 2. Will my L1B cancelled, once H1B got stamped? 3. Is there any problem on H1B stamping, as H1B petition valid since 2008 and going for stamping now in 2010?

I have applied for J1 visa 3 years back and it got rejected Reason: No sufficient evidence of coming back(Strange but true). This year my application for H1B is accepted interview will be in sept oct, will the interviewer ask about my J1 refusal?

I cam India from USA two days back due to some domestic reasons.I was given a blue form during H1B interview for additional documents. They asked for all the w-2 and tax returns of all the employees in the company which the company refused to give. What should I do now. Can I take a different date fr the interview again at a different consulate location. or should I skip that particular document and send the rest that they have asked for.

I applied for my H1B this year .At the time of filing the application I mentioned London as the preferred location for the interview.However, I might be shifting back to India pretty soon and I may not be in UK at the time of stamping. Will that be a problem ? Will I be able to attend the interview in India. Is there any thing that I need to do do shift the interview to some other location. Please help me with this. I am a Senior Software Engineer. My eldest Sister is a Permanent resident and my elder Brother is a Citizen of US. I want to go for H1b visa. If the Imigration officer poses me a question as "If any of my family memebers are there is US". Is it a hindrance for me to get the visa because of settlement of my Sister and Brother in US.
