I applied for H1B through consultant and got H1b VISA Approval. I have received soft copy from my consultant through mail. I haven't received Hard Copy. I have doubt whether the Approval Mail I got from my Consultant is realy belongs to me. How can I Check That?. In The USCIS Site it shows the status alone not the Name? My Consultant asking me 50K as a security Deposit. Kindly tell me what are all the document, to Appear in the H1B VISA? What is probability of getting VISA from Chennai Consulate? I cam India from USA two days back due to some domestic reasons.I was given a blue form during H1B interview for additional documents. They asked for all the w-2 and tax returns of all the employees in the company which the company refused to give. What should I do now. Can I take a different date fr the interview again at a different consulate location. or should I skip that particular document and send the rest that they have asked for.
