hi i have a valid H1B petition.(approved on oct 2010) It is approved for California location for a client A. Now i could not go for the client A since project is not available. I got project for client B in same california location but different city. I have filed fresh LCA now. after going to US my job involves frequent short travel to other states / cities for the support work. Can any one help me * Do i need to apply for fresh LCA if the client name changes & location ( changes within the state CA) * Can i travel to other states and cities for short term support work ( 2 weeks maximum ) * Possiblities of getting the visa in my case? I applied for F1 visa for MS in 2006, but my visa got rejected under 214 b for 6 times due to too many backlogs in Eng and insufficient funds at US Embassy Chennai India. For 1st attempt,I missed the communication.I could not explained the reason for backlogs properly. For next 3 attempts, they rejected based on my backlogs. Because they didn’t asked about my bank statement, CA etc. For last two attempts I convinced with my backlogs as I got good scores in GRE and TOEFL. But they asked about my Loan, Bank statement etc and they are not satisfied with documents. Now I applied for H1B visa for 2010 quota and got approval from USCIS. I am going to attending interview at Mumbai on Dec 02nd 2010. What should I say, If Visa Officer ask about my past refusals?
