Hi I am Dinesh, BCOM graduate have 3 years of experience in Logistics dept. Now i am joining to Tibco and company is sending me to US for trainning. They are saying it will be on B1 Visa bases.... I have B1/B2 Visa for 10 yrs, but i have not travelled to US form the time I got the visa. Is there any expiry date before which I need to travel.

Hi, I am working for an orgination as manager in Pune , due to some problems i left some exams of my btech un attempted, now i don't hold any degree. Hi, I have 1.5 years experience in international IT company. We are exhibiting in world largest event in USA related to our solution. I have all the documents and call letter from USA and my company provide me all the expanses. My application was rejected without any reason. I asked others for the reason they say you never visit any country before so are are rejected. It is true ? I also apply with in week again because it is very important event for me and my company can I get visa ? Please advice.
