Hi I am Ganapathy, My H1B got approved through my company.
I am also planning to apply H4 for my wife & my kids. My
problem is that i do not have the marriage certificate,
but I got an affidavit done with notary on my marriage. My
wife passport also carries my name
Will this be sufficient for the interview please suggest

hi, i got my h1b in april 2006 and worked in usa until 2008. in nov 2008 i returned india and then back in jan 2010 i applied for tourist visa to usa. i got tourist visa approved but my old h1b visa had a stamped saying "cancelled without prejudice". now if i want to reapply for h1b do i fall in quota of 2006 or 2010? please advise at the soonest thanks
I was attened for H1b in chennai embassy,on nov14th 2005, but its in Admin Query, after few months exactly 364 days i got a personnel interview, in that they said we r sending ur file to INS because u dont have background computers, but in MBA i have computers subject i said, and i too worked in Canada for 1.5 years. I have got the approval on my H1B visa from a US company in 2010, and currently my Indian company is filing L1B petition. I didn't attend the H1B visa until now.
