Divisibility by 4 :
a number is divisible by 4 , if the number formed by the
last two digits is divisible by 4
ex. 892648 is div. by 4 since the number formed by last 2
digits is 48 which is div. by 4
similarly in 12345X there are only two options 2 and 6
123452 123456 which are div. by 4

Am I reading the question wrong cos it doesn't mention that the digits have to be in that order .... So according to me it has to be option 2 ..since 123504, 123564 and 123584 are all divisible by 4
