My H1B is sponsored by a US based company. Currently i am working in india .During processing of H1B i changed the present company in India. I have not provided the docs related to new company. Will it cause a problem in Visa stamping .My i129 has just got approved by USCIS.

Hi All, This is karthik from bangalore, I have applied for my H1B and it got selected in lotto and it's approved on June 19 2008.Now i am waiting for mu interview date. I am working here with a software company for 3 years but before 6 months it was taken over by another concern and now all my revisal letter and pay slip will have both the companies name logo etc..... my questions is.. Hello All, Recently my brother had interview @mumbai consulate although he got H1petion in CHENNAI.unfortunately he had applied fake experience letter from mumbai company.I think they VFS had verified it. On the day of the interview the consulate got him fake and made him write that it was a fake experience letter and gave this statement"WE WILL PROCESS YOUR WITHDRAWAL REQUEST". luckily they left him with passpot as he is higly qualified,nothing is mentioned in passport. Now my question is: 1. can he apply in future for USA again. 2.I heard that he cannot apply in his LIFE TIME, how far it is TRUE"-- Appreciate your Kindly HELP Advice: If you apply make sure some or other answer your call.
