HELLO!!Can anybody suggest me ,is this the rite time to go for H1-B visa,i had a talk with my consultant and he suggested me that u should apply for H1B?And if suggestede to apply can u please tell me what will be the type of questions asked to me as i am S.Eng with 3+ yrs of exp in java.Also what will be the possible documents require ay the US Counsalate office.It would be good if somebody can send me the details on sgurpreeth@gmail.com.Looking for ur response guys!!!!!!!!Thanks and Tc

I've planned to carry the following documents in my H1B interveiw on sep-18th. HDFC receipt, visa Interview letter, I797, I129, Offer Letter, Client agreement doc, all original certificates, all company offer letter and relieving orders, payslip. Could anyone please let me know whether this is sufficient or i have to carry anyother doc's.
Hi,My husband is approved for H1B visa and he needed to book for interview on September to go in October. He was once rejected B1 visa on March same year but we lost the paper and do not exactly remeber the reason of rejection but we know that it was because there was no enough ties for him in the UK and they were doubtful about if he would come back or not. If we cannot provide them the right reason, will they reject our visa. We have only got the papers which say that his H1B visa is approved.Please reply. Tina

If rejected do they send back the petition filed immediately or it will take longer. And what is the duration to know whether you got selected for H1B. Guys any one Pl.throw some light on this. I went for an interview for H-1b visa stamping the visa officer was not satisfied with the doc and asked me to get list of employees, their sal, position and income tax papers. After a week I went back with all those doc, agin she has asked me to get unemploymentwagereport.My company is not ready to give to the report? Is there any other way to get visa stamping done... as I might loose my job .....Is there any other alternate paper that could help me with that....????Plzzzz help me if anyone knows abt it.
