is cgl 2011 have to pass each section like banking, i.e.
sectional cut off is there.

Yes, in the Common Graduate Level (CGL) exam conducted by SSC, you are required to qualify every section individually as there are sectional cut-offs. Candidates must meet the minimum passing marks in each section to be eligible for further rounds of selection.

If anyone allocated state in cgl 2011, is there any reason for not nominating when all the documents are correct? is there any marks criteria for issuing joining letter after state allocation?
