STEP 4:

SQL> CREATE [PUBLIC] SYNONYM <SYN_NAME>
FOR <USER_NAME.ABLE_NAME>;

do login as sysdba and create the synonym.
you dont have privileges to do the same from scott user.

login as the user
create or replace synonym <<synonym_name>> for
object_owner.object_name;
or
any other super user like sys,sysadmin,etc can also create
sysnonymn for any schema.

there are 2 variables called x and y ,x contains 1,2 and y contains 3,4 we have to swap the values from x to y and y to x with out using dummy variables and it can be done only by using a single statement ? how?
