Hi guys, I am going for H1B visa interview, I am not having
employers tax returns document, it is neccesary for
stamping process? how to handle the consulate people
without that document, Plz give me valuable answer.

No need to worry about the tax returns documents, just i
have mentioned what we need to carry with us to consulate.
From USA Company:
1. I 907, Only for Premium Processing.
2. I 797
3. I 129
4. LCA
5. Offer letter from US Company.
6. Project letter with details.
7. Project type (Client/In house).
8. If Project from Client we need letter from Client.
9. Tax –Returns , & W2 forms.
10. US Company Photo copies.
From Our Side:
1. DS -156 ( we need to download from vfs-usa.co.in )
2. DS -157 ( we need to download from vfs-usa.co.in )
3. Appointment letter ( we need to book app. Date from
this site ).
4. HDFC Receipt. (visa fee)
5. Pass Port.
6. All Educational Documents.
7. All Offer letters.
8. Pay slips - some cases
9. Bank statements - some cases

Hi I got H1B in 2008 quota. It is not stamped on my passport yet. I had 8 yrs of Exp but Currently I am not working from last 9 months due to recession and some personal issue. Hi guys, I worked in USA on OPT from july 07 to july08 for employer A. Same employer A applied for my H1B and got approved with start date of 1 oct 2008. I returned to india within my 60 days F1 grace period in sep 08. In DS156 form should i write i am employed or no?
for student visa they rejected u since u dont have confidence on u that u will return back to india.now how can we beleive that u will return to india after 3 years or when ur work permit expires.justify?
Hi, Can anyone tell me about the H1B 2009 quota selection result. Have any of you received the selection receipt, if so till what time this will come. My certificates(10+2 onwards) are having the Surname of my parents mentioned but my Passport(which was made based on 10th certificate where even my name was without surname and I made it after changing my name adding the surname) is not having the surname of my parents mentioned. My question is, will it be a problem for me when I apply the H1B visa? I do have the US B1 visa. Hi, I went to US consulate in Mummbai, on 16 th march 2009 and i was asked to get income tax papers of my co, list of employees and my income tax return.Whn I carried those papers and went again, the officer asked to get unemployment wage repot, but my co is not ready to send me the report, could you please tell me if there is an alternate doc to it? Hi all, I attended for an interview on 3rd of Nov. They have asked very few questions abt Current employer , Experience and my previous US Visit. But somehow they were not confident abt US company. They have asked to come again with IT returns ,Unemployement wage report,Employee list of the US company on any working day to the Consulate. My US employer is ready to give those Doc. and they are genuine Documents. Can anybody had same exp. and what was the final outcome? Thanks in advance.
