i have completed my degree in (BZC) group and after i have finished my pgdca. Now i am working in a company as a programmer analyst and i have been paying the tds tax since one year. Now my company would like to apply for L1 visa, Now my qauery is whether i am eligible with my education or not? and tds paying is necessary or not? now i am working in cmm level-4 comapny can u please anyone suggest about my L1 visa?

HI all i have a total work ex of 4 plus years in some of the top IT companies of india. I have a btech in information technology. I was placed from college in 2006. I did my final year in 2006 but because of ill health was unable to give one paper which i gave in session 2007-2008. Now though my degree gives yr of passing as 2008 my total IT experience is 4 plus years. I need to go to US for project related work and my company is getting my L1 blanket visa stamped. I have my Visa Interview scheduled next week.My problem is that I have only applied to one university because I have made my home work on all the universities that offer my course work and I finally applied to this univeristy and got a admission decision in 2 weeks that I am admitted to the program for fall 2103. My question is that,will there be a problem, if the visa officer asks me what are the other universities that I applied apart form this?
