I have my Visa Interview scheduled next week.My problem is
that I have only applied to one university because I have
made my home work on all the universities that offer my
course work and I finally applied to this univeristy and got
a admission decision in 2 weeks that I am admitted to the
program for fall 2103. My question is that,will there be a
problem, if the visa officer asks me what are the other
universities that I applied apart form this?

i am currently having B1/B2 visa stamped in dec 2008. i have applied for L1B now..but i have never visited US..what question would they ask

My L1 Blanket petition got rejected stating the Reason - Not clearly approvable. The option that they have selected on the blue form is : Your blanket L-1 application is not clearly approvable under section 8 CFR 214.2 (I) (ii) (D ) and INA 101 (a) (15) (L). You may not reapply using the same petition, but may reapply as the beneficiary of an approved individual petition. Can someone suggest me what should be my next approach . After HSC, I did diploma in computer application and technology (full time 2 years consist 4 semeseter) hence i got admission in Bsc[IT] second year then i completed 2nd and 3rd year and have my Bsc[IT] degree. Now I have education like: SSC + HSC + 2 years DIPLOMA + 2 years OF BSC[IT] 10+2+2+2=16 my question is.. am i eligible to file L1-B visa through my company? as per the rules US needs 16 years of education or 15 years education + 3 years of experience. but i dont have that much experience. so please let me know whether my education can be treated as 10+2+2+2=16 YEARS?
I have done Diploma in Mechanical engineering. I am going to attend interview for L1 VISA. Earlier I had worked in 3 companies and there was a gap of 6months in between. In present company i have not shown that gap.I didnt get any certificate from one company to which I havve merged that 6 months gap. How should I proceed now? please suggest me something.
