1) why do you want to study now?
2) are you working?
i'm having a working experience of 5 years in s/w field. I
answered 2nd but for my first question i think they have not
satisfied with my answer.
can u please help me out by giving a gud answer for my 1st

I need a small clarification i.e I need B.sc Degree(3 Years) and PGDCPA(1 Year).so its reaches US Education requirements right..? and 3 years of my degree was completed in 4 Year i.e actually passout is 2009-2011 but I passed in 2012.it is any problem for my admission and visa interview time.? i got 73% in class 10th then created a blunder in iith and 12th failing in class 12th. Then i reappeared and got 62%. Then i took adm in btech electrical engg. Now there i got 9 reappears in first 3 years but manged to complete degree in 4 years with 69% aggregate. Can i get a visa and adm in a decent univ ?
I am planning to do my higher studies in Fall 2010. I am getting married in June 2010 and I want to do my higher studies in F1 visa. My queries are as follows: Is it true that we cannot pursue higher studies in H4 visa for atleast an year? In what way does the marital status affect my chances of getting F1 visa? If I am rejected F1 visa, can I re-apply for H4 visa, and if so, is there a minimun time gap that should be given before reapplying for H4 visa? Thanks in advance.
