hi, i was denied for my visa on august 14th. I think i made
4 mistaken.
All i want to ask are..
1. Is wearing casual clothes is wrong?
2. The sponsor of mine, is my uncle, not my parents, is it
mistake?
3. I don't have TOEFL score yet, but my college said that i
can take TOEFL in US, am i must take TOEFL before get interview?

1. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT HOW YOU DRESS BECAUSE THEY MAKE
THEIR DECISION IN A MINUTE. SO ALWAYS WEAR FORMAL CLOTHES.
2.HAVING PARENTS AS SPONSORS IS ALWAYS A MUCH BETTER OPTION
BUT IF UR MATERNAL OR PATERNAL UNCLE IS SPONSORING THEN IT
IS FINE.
3.HAVING A GOOD TOEFL SCORE DEFINATELY HAS A GOOGD
IMPRESSION ON THE COUNCILLOR AND IT ALSO PROVES YOUR
ENGLISH PROFICIENCY TO HIM .SO U MUST GIVE THE TOEFL EXAM
BEFORE THE INTERVIEW.

I’m waiting for my final SEM result for BE in Information Technology. I’m intending to carry on with my studies in master in CSE or IT in United States. I’ve two years of backlog one in first year of Diploma and second in First year (SECOND YEAR OF ENGG. Since diploma) of engineering. After diploma I was in some other university, but since I got a year drop I changed my university since I was finding it difficult to get adjusted and hence changed my university. Now, I’m about to complete my graduation but have a very low aggregate percentage with couple of DEAD ATKT. Now, will this affect my chances of getting admission in top 20 or 30 university of US even after passing GRE and TOFEL with high numbers or Even if I get admission will I be rejected in VISA interview or getting a job experience of 2 years along with couple of certifications, help me in any form which will increase my chances of getting admissions and also clearing VISA interview. i have 3 yrs gap since i completed btech education and now iam applying for ms degree and achieved i20.if i show 3 yrs of fake work experience .will there be any problem ? i also want to know will there be any chance for asking bank statement of company to which i worked??

I am planning to do my higher studies in Fall 2010. I am getting married in June 2010 and I want to do my higher studies in F1 visa. My queries are as follows: Is it true that we cannot pursue higher studies in H4 visa for atleast an year? In what way does the marital status affect my chances of getting F1 visa? If I am rejected F1 visa, can I re-apply for H4 visa, and if so, is there a minimun time gap that should be given before reapplying for H4 visa? Thanks in advance.

i have taken 6 1/2 yrs to complete my Bachelors in mechanical engineering with 56.5 % and 31 backlogs. GRE score of 1150 and TOEFL 100. I have sound knowledge though in mechanical design and CAD concepts which i plan to do MS in..?? Do i have any chance ti get an F1..? What would the V.O ask me..??
