2. Perform BLAST program with pdb database and obtain
homologous sequences
3. Retrieve the template structure from the PDB for the
hypothetical protein resulted from BLAST for target
sequence
4. using swiss-pdb align both the target and template

5. in the swiss-pdb page , using three modes of alignment
align and fit the sequences
