RAM:you can read and write data on the chip.It has volatile
memory.The data can be read and write any time.
ROM:you can only read the data.Data cannot be written every

functions
->volatile memory->high speed->high cost->small in size
->when you shut off your computer,that information is gone
for ever
rom:permanent writing 2 a chip
->volatile memory->low speed->large size->low speed
->no way of over writing
