RAM:you can read and write data on the chip.It has volatile
memory.The data can be read and write any time.
ROM:you can only read the data.Data cannot be written every
time,to write the data we need PROM,EPROM,or EEPROM.
It is nonvolatile in nature.

->when you shut off your computer,that information is gone
for ever
rom:permanent writing 2 a chip
