Hello Prem ,
You are right that I have been cracking S.S.C
mains every time since 2005.In 2006,I was finally selected
as I.T inspector with rank 31 but it is the Bad Luck of
mine that I am out of job till date.I am seeking age
relaxation as Central Gov. employee as I am posted in U.T
Chandigarh but S.S.C is not accepting my candidature.Though
I have verdict of court in my favour yet s.s.c is making
delay so I have filed contempt of court and the matter is
still pending.I think now u can judge why I am not
satisfied.Let's talk about interview.
In 2005 I was asked " How a man can judge global warming ?"
I answered as an expert & displayed the complete report of
I.P.C.C and all that. I was asked another question "What is
P.U.R.A ?" I answered but described a lot so you see I
behaved more like a pedant.So do not display your knowledge
they are not sitting there mere to test your knowledge
which they have already tested in mains.
In 2006 I replied in the tone of the interviewer like when
I was required to give my view on any topic as a comman man
I did the same and when I was asked to give a technical
answer I answered as an expert.I also quoted all my
achievements during my academic career in Bio Data
sheet.That is all I guess, which created the difference.

Hi!!!
I am Prem Prakash Gupta from Jharkhand & Qualified the
CGL,2010,TIER - II Written Part for INTERVIEW/SKILL TEST for
THE POST OF ASSTT/INS. OF POSTS/INS. IN CENTRAL
EXCISE/PREVENTIVE OFFICER/EXAMINER/SI IN CBI/INS.OF INCOME
TAX/ASSTT.ENFORCEMENT OFFICER....

I had appeared for the exam from SSC(ER).....so I will be
interviewed at KOLKATA Board.....those who qualified for the

I have already qualified the SSC CGL-2008 in the Inspector

First thing which I want to know that are you not satisfied with Income Tax....Because since 2005 you have been regularly cracking SSC CGL....&....yet again going for one more interview,didn't understand !!!

Now as far as I know about the interview I think It's not about answering the questions of the interview board but the way & confidence of delivering the answer with maturity. Also it's a one day performance... i.e. The day when everything went in favor of an individual & it could also be the day when it was not his day and everything went against the individual.....therefore I must say that in 2005 it wasn't your day whereas in 2006 you were the master of that day.....it is not like that in a year there was such a drastic change in you that you scored just double the marks........

You can take my example when there was an average of 15-20 mins. interview was going on for each candidate....I was interviewed for 35 mins. & the board requested me to sing a romantic song & asked me to translate it into English....I guess they were impressed by my fluency in English....which I don't think so...&...he remembered me for 2 days...as such because one of the friend of my elder brother was interviewed 2 days later he asked about me on the issue of being the University Topper and the friend was college topper.....whether both of us were brother ???

So when these sort of report come to you what would you speculate about the Interview Marks ???

But got surprised when it was just only "56" !!!

So it's now you that would share with me that what extra-ordinary happened in 2006, so that I could also make this year extra-ordinary???

Hello Prem ,
I have also qualified for interview for all
the posts opted by me and like u I have also been selected
as I.T inspector (rank 31) in 2006 I have dropped mains
also in 2008 due to some reasons.Prem I could not
understand the pattern of alloting marks in interview as I
am the person who secured 41 in 2005 and 79 in 2006.Please
comment on it.
