about 6500 vacancies reported so far for CGL 2010 other than SI in CPOs. vacancies may increase
more than 1000 posts of tax asstts reported so far. about 700 vacancies of IT inspector and 100 vacancies of asstt-css.
about 7000 candidates to be interviewed in CGL 2010 and about 9000 candidates to be subjected to skill test for tax asst/asstt-css

Is it correct that the vacancy of Income Tax inspector is
about 700? if so why the total vacancy for
Assistants/Inspectors etc. stands for only 2175 as
decleared by the SSC with the result of Tier-II.

hi frnds, maine ssc graduate level tier II exam dia hai, aur mujhe maths mai 140 aur english mai 100 marks aane ka anuman hai, mai OBC candidate hu. kya mujhe kisi v post k liye call kiya ja sakta hai.
selection process of postal assistants. if i got 5marks in typing ,will they consider 10% of marks (0.5) or 5marks in computer typing . please clarify my doubt.
ssc cgl2012 i got 62.50 marks in tier1 and my name is in list TA only minimum cutoff for the SC cate. candidates is 62.50 but in tier2 i got 142 marks in maths and 104.50 marks in english but unfortunately yet my name is in list4 TA only and i calling for DEST at delhi on 26th nov. and i did but i was little bit worried about my typing test if i will not pass typing test then i got any post even i secured much marks?
