Well harideep, to be frank with u i agree that quick growth
is not possibe in any Science field at all. Every thing
depends on u, i mean ur knowledge,lab skills,way of
approach towards to job.

Thats very fair and genuine question you will encounter in every step of your education.
Well buddy you have choose a subject which ususlly dosent gives you that much monetary benefits as other subjects do.
so for now you are a graduate choose your forte i.e what subjects/ field you are intrested in. if you want to change your streem than this is a good time to do so.
if you want to earn a ample ample amoount of money- then prepare for start preparing for exams like MAT CAT.
if you want to go in research field then procede and dont look back before your doctorate and aim for tier 1 institutions.
but for now and for your question if you are deperate to get a job...
dont think about your first six months salary.
but aim for companies like dr reddy , biocon etc
after training for about 6 months in these companies. will land you in decent oppurtuinities in future.
