The main reasons could be one or more following factors to leave current organization.

1.For Better Prospects in the career path
2.Financial growth as better package, as the current company cannot pay more as per its organization norms for the given position, as the other company is paying more for the same skillset and experience.
3.work Location specific issues. Because in few places like where in metro cities pay is more comparatively.
4.Personal issues like as friends and other businesses in one works also to improve for self growth
