1. It is a document which contains a table of linking
information used for tracing back for reference of any kind
of confusion or questionable situations.
2. Test Engineer will prepare.

Basically Traceability Matrix is used to verify the Test
case coverage. Under this doc,Requirement with Req. id are
placed on Left hand side(Row wise) while Test Case id are
shown coloumn wise.
Test Engineer will prepare it.

It is nothing but every requirement must have a test case written to it . so, that test cases can be easily executed and application would be minimal of errors..
