My current role is Analyst, My GL is Planning to send me US on L1 B I have done my PGDBM from distance mode from Hyderabad Central University …and My Graduation is done through distance mode from Dr.BR Ambedkar Open University.Due to my family issue I have to studied through distance. HI all i have a total work ex of 4 plus years in some of the top IT companies of india. I have a btech in information technology. I was placed from college in 2006. I did my final year in 2006 but because of ill health was unable to give one paper which i gave in session 2007-2008. Now though my degree gives yr of passing as 2008 my total IT experience is 4 plus years. I need to go to US for project related work and my company is getting my L1 blanket visa stamped. Can i get a visa on the above criteria. Please let me know asap. any help would be appreciated

If L1 visa got rejected.Is there any time frame required for reapplying it? Once it got rejected,ll it be less chance of getting it again?

Hi i a mechanical Engineer graduate(non CS/IT) passed in 2007.I have an overall experience of 2 yr and 2 months in an IT Company.I am working since last 1 year in the current project.Am i eligible to apply for L1B blanket(My exp. is less than 3 Years).My manager wants me to travel to TEXAS but my company says it required 3 yrs of exp. for L1B blanket.If i am eligible then what is the chance of getting my VISA approved?? I have already appeared for the L1B visa and my L1B visa got rejected, now my manager initiated again L1B for me. Whether there would be any problem if I go for the same category once again. If any one undergone this scenario...please advice...
