Hi..I have finished my 12th standard in India..I am going to
do my U.G Engineering in Iowa State University , USA
I have my I20 form i have good Toefl, SAT scores as asked by
that university..
my Visa interview is on 19th..
my question is my Brother is doing his 2nd year masters
{mba} in the same university..Should i tell about him or
what to tell when the interviewer asks to me..Will i get any
trouble if i say my brother is also studying there???

GETTING USA VISAS IS LIKE GETTING LOTTERY TICKET JUS BE COOL BELIVE IN YOUR SELF CONFIDENCE PRAY TO THE ONE YOU BELIVE YOU WILL DEFINATELY GET USA VISAS BECAUSE GOD BLESS EVERY CHILD OF HIS

hi, I going to the US for my masters in spring. Its my dad who is sponsoring me. But he just retired a few months back & hence is no longer paying any IT(income tax). So will it be a problem n getting a visa if i still show him as my sponsor ?? I have the funds in his account to cover the 2yrs plus a 15 Lakh education loan to support my studies. Thank you
HI, I am Jigar Mehta. I had apply for F1 Visa on 8 june 2009 bt they rejected it.Actually In my Case my uncle stays in US and he had apply for green card for my parents and it is in current stage within a year we will get it. But I was not aware that It include me also. in my knowledge it was only for my parents not for me. So VO asked me first que that have u filed immigration application so i told no not for me. so he thought i was not honest and he rejected. I was honestly not aware of it that they consider full family for green card. so now what should i do when i go next time for interview? plz help.

I got the visa based on my admission in a university in Texas. That means that it is mentioned in my passport (visa page). Can i get entry into US from any other state other than Texas.i intend to go to my sis's place from where i will go to my university. My travel agent told i will not be allowed. I have a boyfriend who is Mexican and is interested in coming to the US to study English ( he has a degree in international relations). He's interested in studying at a language school. If he chooses to study part time he can study under a visitors visa. Which would be easier to obtain given that he recently has been working in france for 9 months. Also would it hurt or harm him to say that i would sponsor him?

HI im currently a third year engineering student.
