Hi,
I got an offer with maveric systems and I have around 3.5
years of work experience. But inspite of that they are
asking to sign a bond for 2 years and to pledge all the
original certificates for that bond. Can anybody please
advice me whether its a good company or not?

They were offering poor salary package of 3.6lacs for a 3.5
years experienced guy, when my current salary was 3.48
lacs. Not at all ready to negotiate the salary. Mean people.

Hi,
maveric systems is not a very good company ,if u really
have 3.5 years work experience,then there are so many
companys recruiting keep trying.
my suggestion is dont use the current organisation and keep
trying for other companys

Hi, I'm a current employee of Maveric Systems. There a lot of employees who are fleeing the company due to the harassment. Forget about the low pay they are giving you, they will make you work like a dog. One of the worst decisions of my life is to join maveric. With 3.5 years of exp anyone will get decent increment in the salary and no other company will ask for a bond. Lot of people have joined maveric with such exp and now they are regretting it. The Fulfillment and HR team are most pathetic!!! The lead of fulfillment is just pathetic!!! If only you lick the b***s of such guys you may get a decent project. No one is going to consider your 3.5 years of exp here.

guys! you are all think in negative way.but i feel that 3.5 years bond is good.because we will learn more about their project and also we will improve our knowledge.so i think it will good experience for me.because,i am a fresher.....
