In waterfall model, while your are coding if you happen to
know that one of the requirement was wrong and there will
be no use in implementing it and moreover it is going to
cause problems to the final output. Then do you have the
flexibility to go back and change the requirement?
Is this flexibility there in Vmodel?

stage.............if we found any bug or error..............

No the basis of waterfall model is to go through all the
steps of SDLC but does not allow to go a phase back....
However real time scenarios may differ but for the
question's sake lets take the answer as NO

I think its not possible, as both these are sequential
models! As stated you have started coding, so the design are
completed and the test cases have all been prepared.

What is the difference between GUI Testing,UI testing and Usability TEsting
After successful login,If I have to check whether the name of the screen,other contents are proper or not this is called GUI testing.But if I am writing the test for functionality.then may I have to add this [Screen name,other contents]to expected result in my Functional testing or I have to write the other test case document for GUI testing?Thanks in Advance
