Here QA means Quality Assurance&QC meansQuality Control.
QA means Quality assurance. its a policy of the company to
assure the cient that the product is safe and upto the
clients requirement.QA is process that give the conformance
of the perfect product.
QC means Quaity Control the steps we r taking to make the
product user friendly and Qualitative,that means the
actual testing conducted by us.

process is called QA
QC: The validation of s/w product with respect customer
requirement and expectations is called QC

QA means quality analysis , its a team in an organisation
where they analise the testing quality and they set some
standards for testing to improve the testing process ,
QC means quality centre its a tool similar to Test director
Qc is used for maintaing test cases and witing test cases
etc i acn say improved version of Test director
