Fund flow is the flow of fund in to the bussiness..
first step is to prepare statement of changes of working
capital by taking in to account only current assets and
current liability.
Second step to prepare adjusted P & L account to know the
funds from operation.
At last fund flow statement.

Fund flow statement is prepared:
1> Preparation of "Changes in the working capital"
